Connect 2K 2248 to 5600

Hi All, 

I don't have any qsfps and need to connect a 2248 to 5k nexus on fex connection.

can normal ports be used for that purpose ? a normal 10gb port on the sfp side?

i really appreciate your help as this is very urgent 

can someone please confirm if you have the knowledge ?

does the fex extend on the host ports on need to be plugged into the qsfp ?

found the answer

you need qsfp adaptors and it does not work on host ports.
