EMC servers in the same VLAN can not communicate to eachother

I have two EMC servers connected on nexus 3k switch in the same VLAN  but they can't communicate to each other.someone help me

What is the IP for each server?

Are they in the same vlan?

Are the ports configured correctly for each vlan?

The ip for the servers are 192.168.40.30/24 and 192.168.40.31/24 with
floating gateway 192.168.40.1 for both HQ & DR


They are on VLAN 40.this is server VLAN and network that allow replication
to DR

The two servers are at HQ and have been working well before.between HQ & DR
there is Layer 2 extension (OTV)
