Hello, I upgraded the DCNM to 11.3(1) but after that, I cannot open the Data Center Network Manager for SAN (please see image attached)... I found this workaround but not lucky...

There is some person with the same issue?

Thank you!!!

The issue is due the fmserver.jks file used for the certs... we have the file modified for the web login... once the file is restored to the original file (without certs), the error is solved.

Can anyone in CISCO, explain the why of this? And how to implement the certs again?

Thank you.

how did you restore the file to the original? please explain, we have the same problem. thank you!

Same issue after replacing fmserver.jks with our custom fmserver.jks caused this (we have our internal ca issued certificate).  Solution was to change the fmtrust.jks.  Followed this document https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/datacenter/sw/11_3_1/installation/san/b_dcnm_installation_guide_for_san_11_3_1/installing_cisco_dcnm.html

under the "Launching DCNM SAN Client from DCNM SAN for Windows deployment with SSL enabled" heading.

Basically we added the issued cert, our intermediate ca cert, and our root ca cert with the keytool.exe command.

Hello Sr, I had installed the 11.5.4 version and I had the same issue... really do not know if Cisco has documented this...

I did the steps here:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/dcn/dcnm/1154/installation/san/cisco-dcnm-san-install-upgrade-guide-1154/installing_cisco_dcnm.html?bookSearch=true#task_s3b_mdv_kkb

from step 1 to 3... and the default pass requested was v0gfIF4m6PSzwXJe , you can see that one here: D:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\dcm\wildfly-14.0.1.Final\standalone\configuration\standalone-san.xml

The "D:\program file\cisco systems" could change depend of your installation directory...
