where did you get it? are you sure it can decrypt akira ransomware???

https://monsterclouddecryptor.com/ Monster Cloud decryptor scammed me out of $9K. I sent them sample files, and they said they decrypted them, but they probably just used the Akira site. They are pretending to be https://monstercloud.com/. They are no better than the hackers that attack your system.
