How to reduce fex delay between dual homed to N5K

Hi,

We have Nexus 2248 dual homed to 2 N5K, when we power off one of the N5K, the switchover to the other one takes long time more than a minute, is there any workaround on this issue to reduce the delay ?

Are you running LACP? if yes, are the devices in active/passive mode?

what you mean by the switchover ? server traffic for example ?

Hi,

As I said earlier, we have a Nexus 2K dual homed to 2 N5K.

The moment one N5K goes down, the fex tries to associate with the other N5K, this causes a delay for more than a minute, which is not acceptable, is there any way to reduce this delay ?
