Jumbo frame

We are using Nexus 7K with N2 (N2K-C2232PP-10GE)Nexus in our server farm.  Can I enable jumbo frame on a fex  interface on the Nexux 7K without creating any interruption using the following commands;

Enable jumbo frame on Nexus 7K

switch(config)#system jumbomtu 9216
!
interface ethernet x/y
mtu 9216
!
interface vlan xxx
mtu 9216
!
the PVC link bet access pair "port-chan1"
mtu 9216
