N7K--2K--Host NICTeam

We have 2 FEX 2248, 1st fex  connecting to Nk1 and 2nd to Nk2

1) How to achieve active/active links for a  windows server with NIC Teaming ?

2) If i configure VPC on the NK7s and connect the server to 1st and 2nd FEX can i achieve this ?

It should work fine. NIC team the server to both 2ks and run LACP.  This way both links are active as long as the 7ks are configured with VPC.
