Can someone tell me the correct single mode 40G QSFP model that can breakout to 4x10G.

Thanks for the reply. I had a look into it, QSFP-40G-LR4 is end of sale now and QSFP-40G-LR4-S is the single mode QSFP available but do you have any idea whether i can breakout it to 4x10G connections using MTP/MPO cables.
