OTV NOT AED CAPABLE

I don't understand , whenever i start working on UCS Director my otv isn't AED capable. i've verified the mtu on core and correct it. But it isn't working...

Can you send the show run otv command output and also the show interface for the join interface. Also make sure that your join interface is in the up/up. Also make sure the other side is not the Adjacency Server as well.
