hi, i have a verry critical issue,

my company is connected using stm lines, and there are not working properly, because we have like 50% of the traffic lost,

when we spoke to the provider, they told us there line are fine, and it could be a clock problem with our E1.

indeed we did not configure clock on our router.

can somebody help to resolve this critical isue?

There could be an issue with the flapping of the line protocol, when the clock source on either side is not the same. Make sure that the clock source is not the same on both ends.

What is the platform you are using.

Have you set the CRC value.

do you use STM-1 or STM-16.
