Hi All,

Can any one tell above design will work or not ?

WIll it create any problem

WIll it work as ECMP

It should work as you are using L3 links. Between the 9ks if the red link is build using SVI over non VPC vlan then please make sure you use a user configurable mac under the svi. This is to allow the 9k to differentiate between vpc vlan and non vpc vlan SVI.

It's OK but it's not vPC. (You can use only Layer 2 port channels in the vPC.)
