VSG vs vShield App?

I have the VSG setup and really like it and trying to sell it to my boss. He wants to know why we should use the VSG and not vShield App? I know that you don't need a service vm on each host, but aside from that I can't really explain anything that would make a huge difference?

VSG has performance optimization by way of decision caching within vPath of the Nexus 1000v to off-load continued traffic flow decisions. VSG has an Active-Standy HA design. Security zones are logically defined based on VM attributes.
