Question

Hello Gents,

Kindly, I have an IOS-XR 9K device, which the port HundredGigE0/3/0/0 is not becoming UP and remains down.
This is the IF-CONFIG:
interface HundredGigE0/3/0/0
cdp
mtu 9200
lldp
enable
!
transceiver permit pid all

I tried the "transceiver permit pid all" command as above and it's not working.
Note that it's connected to another IOS-XR device. and we tried to change the SFP in addition to Patch cords and the same issue.

Also, check the below please:

May be this proves module faulty

have you checked by Looping the fibre, is the port come up ?

Actually yes, I tried to loop the fiber many times and still not coming up.
So, what is the best solution to do now? As now I have two HunG ports is lost in my router while I'm working on an urgent case. @balaji.bandi

at this stage its not sure, i am thinking more of Layer 1 issue, based on the information you have other port gone down

then TAC case is best to investigate.
