On page https://apiconsole.cisco.com/docs/prodinfov1 get a message saying 'You do not have permission to view this page'

Hi,
Access to some of the API's is limited to holders of current contracts. Can you access https://apiconsole.cisco.com/page ? Under MyApi's you should see a list of what API's you're allowed to access. Let me know if this works for you

Hi,
ProdInfo API is one of the Support APIs (https://developer.cisco.com/site/support-apis/). The Support APIs are included in the Smart Net Total Care (SNTC) service offer for customers and the Partner Support Service (PSS) offer for partners.
There is an offer-specific on-boarding process needed before you will see the Support APIs in the API Console. Details of the process can be found at the top of the APIs' DevNet page.
