Cisco Suggested with Compatibility API returns no value for Product Name

Recently we have found the below API not working as earlier

https://api.cisco.com/software/suggestion/v2/suggestions/compatible/productId/ASR1013?pageIndex=1&supportedFeatures=Synchronous Optical NETwork (SONET)

It returns blank for product name.
