EoX API don't work on some PIDs

Hello,

We're using EoX by PID and they are not giving information on some PIDs listed below:

SF352-08-K9-EU
RV160-K9-IN
MS120-24P-HW
MS210-24P-HW

"ErrorDescription": "No records found with the specified product id",
"SuggestedAction": "Please check given product id"

When we use EoX by SN, it displays the same exact PID as listed above:

Has anyone experienced the same issue? Thank you.
