 Hello,

I have Sophos XG-210 Firewall act as a gateway for the LAN and it's connected with Cisco router c888-k9
I'm trying to Create IP Nat on the firewall but it seems something should be done on the router first because when I create the nat in the router it works. ( the gateway in this case, was router ip)

Thanks in advance

If the Cisco Router doing for your NAT, you just configure your FW to pass the traffic to Cisco router (so Router can do NJAT for you)

Example :

Users----FW----Router---Internet.

you can deploy here your FW as transparent mode or routed mode.

If you do RoutedMode, then you need to do Double NAT

1. FW Local IP NAT with Outside IP ( get IP from Cisco router)

2. Router does Inside IP with External IP here ( Public IP from ISP)
