Hi,

I had a bad experience with huawei E3372-h 153 USB dongle, that's not actualy working with this router, so I'm wondering if someone has experience with another model.

I've the idea to buy an operator free USB modem, like tihs:

Does anyone know if it's fully compatible ? My concernings are about the HiLink functionality

Hello,

I hope you are doing well, my name is Jonathan and I am part of the Small Business department here at Cisco.

I apologize for any inconvenience with this unit, here you have a list of the units that are supported by this RV320, hope this helps.

Hi Jonathan,

I've bought a usb dongle Huawei E3372 becasue I found it on that list, but wasn't working.

I open several topics on that and looks like I'm not the only one with this issue (router was able to ping, but not to surf the web) and sounds like a NAT problem related to the HiLink software.

Here in Italy, none of the approved 4G dongles are proved by the carrier, so I have to buy an operator dongle with HiLink.
In addition to this, i sent 3 or 4 mails to Cisco support, but nobody replied.

I spent 60$ to buy the Huawei that is now useless, so I would like to avoid to spend other 60$ to buy another dongle that will not work
