RVS4000 VPN and iPad2

I know little to nothing about VPN's. I want to re-mote access my LAN and although QVPN is great for my PC's it appears Cisco doesn not make an app for iPad that's based on it? Or at least I couldn't find one aside from Cisco's AnyConnect.  Anyway, the iPad2 does support Cisco's IPSec VPN's. The setup screen on the iPad2 list's:

Description:

Server:

Password:

Use Certificate: Yes/No

Group Name:

Secret:

How would I cororinate these field's to the VPN set-up screen on the RVS4000?  It seems very cryptic to me. Or is there a FAQ or paper to point me to?

Thanks in advance. Bob

I have been attempting to get this connected over the last couple days to no avail. ANY help would be appreciated! Thanks again in advance.. Bob

iPad comes with a native PPTP client, but RVS4000 does not support PPTP Server unfortunately.

Thank you for the reply Tekliu,

iPad2 supports L2TP, PPTP & Cisco's IPSec VPN Clients. It's even got Cisco's logo on it! I know the RVS4000 supports IPSec VPN. Am I missing something? Here's a screen shot of the VPN Set-Up screen on the iPad2:

The Cisco Small Business RV series routers do not support Cisco VPN Client available on Apple iOS, which works with the enterprise class products.

Thank you for the response. That's disappointing. Can you please point me to a similar product in the "Enterprise Class Product" line thats similar to the RVS4000's features that provides both QVPN and Cisco's IPSecVPN's iOS functionality that can also pass https over the QVPN and Cisco's IPSecVPN's iPad2's client's tunnel? Thanks again, Bob.

Tekliu, would I be looking for something like the SR520 to fullfill my need??

I think SA520 is closer to what you need. It is the first Small Business routers that support Cisco VPN Client for iOS/iPad.

Excellent! Thank you for your help... Off to do some shopping
