If you upgraded your CCA to the version (dated 11/20), using the SYSTEM, Application Update function within CCA itself, you probably did not get the .dll file installed which allows the CCA Topology map to discover Cisco Small Business products (i.e. Cameras) using Bonjour discovery protocol.
If you installed it fresh from the install script, you will have it.
We have since posted another version of CCA 2.2 (dated 11/23) which allows the application update to get the file.
Workaround (easier maybe) to add it to your PC, just copy it from - to as shown below:
