This is not a release addressing the majority of the bugs present in the 1.0.2.4 firmware, only a couple of issues. We are waiting for a real upgrade.

Yeah, I just looked at the release notes and only a few issues have been fixed.  Can one of the tech support or management people provide a roadmap for what fixes are planned for the next releases?  Or is this as good as it gets?  Is this already an EOL product?

Definitely not EOL. Watch for a Maintenance Release in first half of 2012 (maybe sooner).
