SG300-10P 1.4.9.4 Firmware upgrade PoE not working

I just upgraded seven SG300 switches to firmware version 1.4.9.4. 

On three of the older SG300-10P switches, PoE just stopped working. All three have Cisco APs connected to five of the ports, but after the upgrade and a reboot, 15 access points are missing from the WLC. 

The other switches are SG300-28PP, SG300-10PP or SG300-10MPP and they all work fine. Only the SG300-10P models were affected. 

I've tried a factory reset and a reboot after making the previous version(1.4.8.6) the active image. Nothing worked. The only thing I haven't tried yet is cutting the power completely. I'm off site, so I'll try that tomorrow.

A power cycle seems to have done the trick. After upgrading the firmware and rebooting the switches, show power inline showed fault status on all the ports. As soon as I power cycled the switches all the access points came back online.
Something in the release notes or the upgrade instructions about that would've been nice.
