Weird hum coming from all SF302-8P switches on VOIP Headset

We've performed the cutover from our old NEC Digial phone system to the New Avaya VOIP system, and are utilizing Plantronixs headseats and brand new HSI0312 headset cables connected to the Avaya Phones.  We have 30 of these switches deployed at various areas of our office where there is a lack of network drops to provided the 4-8 people in an area which phone and PC access. What we have found is that on Avaya phones which are connected to the SF302-08P Switches when using the handset call quality is acceptable, however when using the headset internally the calls seem to be ok but on outbound and inbound calls to entities outside of the corporate office we are getting an audible almost ground hum that to the client on the other net is a drowning sea of distored motoboat hum, with a toner in hand we can actually pick the hum up coming from the SF302 switches, if we bypass the switches and run the phone directly into the same port the hum is gone and the call is clear.

I'm a bit at a loss on where to go with this.
