541N WAP will not connect to network using PoE

Hi, I recently purchased a couple of these WAPs and also purchases some PoE injectors to connect them.  The PoE injectors supply them with power, but not networking.  I've tried multiple injectors and verified they are not defective.  Is there any type of setting that needs to be adjusted to make this work?  If I power them using traditional methods they work fine.  Here's a link to the PoE injectors that I'm using:

Check if the equipment is IEEE 802.11af  Complaint and provides atleast 10W at 48VDC.

Set the port on the switch to 10/100 full duplex.

I had the same issue with some 3com POE injectors and a 3com 2952 switch.

Left on auto the AP541 would get a poe link but no lan link.
