AIR-AP2802i-E-k9 troube configuring it

hi

we purchased three cisco aironet AIR-AP2802i-E-k9 but we are unable to access the gui.  upon checking on the net i found out that its a lightweight ap.  so i wanted to convert into mobility express.  my current boot image is 8.2.151.0.  but for mobility i think i need 8.3.1.  i have download and trying to push via tftp but nothing is happening.  can someone please advice

How did you try to push AP image? Can you put it in more detail so that I can see if I can help?
