CSP Collector Failed to Upload

gornelas

I just recently installed Cisco CSP Collector 2.7 and keep getting an upload error?  (See Attached).  I did call my support and they gave me a list of IPs that the collector should be able to connect to.  I've successfully "tracert" and "ping" the Webiste IPs that were given to me.  So I know that it's not my firewall blocking anything out.  As of today, upload has still been unsuccessfull. Any recommendations would greatly be appreciated.  Thanks.

Hi User,

Please run below commands from the command line as collectorlogin or root

curl --tlsv1.2 https://concsoweb-prd.cisco.com/HeadEndWebAppServlet/ -v -k

wget https://concsoweb-prd.cisco.com/HeadEndWebAppServlet/ --no-check-certificate

Please check if TEG is running

# service concsotgw status

You can try restarting as well.

# cspc restart

Please provide output of above command.

Thanks,

Supriya

Hi User,

The CSPC will try to use the below address for issuing an upload to the backend.  Can you please see if your firewall will allow traffic on this address?

IP: 72.163.7.113

Hostname: concsoweb-prd.cisco.com

Port: 443

Thanks,
Supriya

Thank you very much for your reply.  Seems the server is able to go out to the IP/URL that you provided.  See attached.

Cheri,
See Attached.

Thank you very much for your reply. When I try to run the commands you provided, I get and error with “no such command”?
