New Cisco CSCP 2.9 planned for release September 25th
Cisco will be releasing version 2.9 of the CSPC collector. Planned for September 25th, this release will include new OS versions CentOS8, VMWare ESXi 6.5, and address security vulnerabilities. For that reason, we recommend CSPC 2.9 for ALL installations.
For CSPC 2.7 and 2.8 installations, Cisco will make available at the end of October, scripts to assist with the migration/installation to the CSPC 2.9 Collector. With this release, support for 2.7 versions will be discontinued.
Export Report CSV SNTC Portal Issue Update
We have resolved an issue with our Export Report CSV function. We are still experiencing an issue with Export to My Reports. Our team is working to resolve this. The Schedule Report feature is available for you to download reports.
Cisco Smart Assist Service
Onboarding assistance with remote resources who engages with you to deploy the Cisco software collector and access the portal. Train you on smart capabilities, and provide guidance on collections management. Installed base reconciliation, including data cleanup and installed base reporting. Technical support for the portal and collections through TAC.
