Sept 20, 2024 Cisco is announcing the availability of CSPC Version 2.11.0.2. This release includes the latest security updates and resolution or CSCwm49473. We always recommend upgrading to the latest version of CSPC software.

CSPC 2.11 OVA Known Issue
We are experiencing an issue with our CSPC 2.11 OVA running on Host computers with AMD processors. Our engineering team has been notified. CDET CSCwk20991 has been opened to track this issue.

Common Services Platform Collector (CSPC) 2.11 Release Announcement
Cisco is announcing the availability of CSPC Version 2.11 which replaces all CSPC 2.10 versions. This release includes the new Alma Linux OS 9.3, support for device Rule Package 4.20 and the latest security updates. CSPC 2.10 versions which uses Red Hat’s CentOS 7 will be End of Life June 30, 2024. We always recommend upgrading to the latest version of CSPC software.

Services (SNTC) APIs on a new platform
We have completed migration of Services APIs to a new platform. If you are having issues with your APIs, please open a TAC case.
Smart Net Total Care Role Assignments Not Processing
Assigning new roles for users in the Cisco Service Access Management (CSAM) tool has not been processing properly to the Smart Net Total Care portal, and the roles assigned are not being activated. Our Team is working to get this corrected as soon as possible. If you are experiencing this, please create a discussion, and we will get the details from you, and manually complete the process. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. We will notify you when this has been resolved.

Onboarding assistance with remote resources who engages with you to deploy the Cisco software collector and access the portal. Train you on smart capabilities, and provide guidance on collections management. Installed base reconciliation, including data cleanup and installed base reporting. Technical support for the portal and collections through TAC.
