Trouble updating Smart Care collector

I am trying to update a Smart Care collector. When I use the "oldupdate" command to start the process, the download begins and completes almost instantly. I'm using the "oldupdate" because TAC says I should use that instead of trying to get the CCOID credentials tied to the device.Then I get a line that says it is calculating the checksum. After that, I get an output of "Checksum error. Downloaded file is corrupted."

Has anyone run into this before? I'd like to get this updated because it is generating alerts every night that the collector is down and they are getting sent to our client. Attached is a screenshot of the output from the SSH connection.

I think this topic needs to be moved to the Smart Care section of the site, but I wasn't able to select it as a topic. It told me that I didn't have permission to post there even though I can view that area.
