Database Upgrade Will Affect CSPC Uploads March 6 and 7, 2020
Cisco will be performing standard updates to their database systems during the weekend. CSPC uploads will be affected during a period from:
March 6, 2020 06:30pm PST to March 7, 2020 06:30pm PST
Uploads will not be queued during this time. They will be canceled and will not be processed.
All other portal capabilities are not affected.
Cisco recommends you do not manually initiate any uploads over the weekend. You should also check your scheduled uploads. We recommend you disable ones that are scheduled during the impacted time to help eliminate a "failed" upload notice. However, leaving the scheduling running will not cause any issues. You do not need to take any action, but the upload will not be processed during that time.
