I'm having the same issue. no serial numbers in my inventory report. Also i can't open a TAC case because the TAC engineer didn't know anything about the SNTC portal.

When will this issue be resolved as it’s driving me crazy that the reporting is inaccurate plus I rely on LDOS and PIRST
