DNA Licensing SD ACCESS Renewal

Hello all, 

we have a customer with an SD Access Architecture that includes Fabric Edge, Fusion, Border Node, etc (C9200, C9300, C9500 and Wireless C9800, etc). C9200, C9300 and Wireless APs have DNA Advantage license that expired recently. The customer by mistake has renewed DNA license but at Essentials levels. Now, in order to fix this situation, we are trying to understand  whether there are license SKU for upgrading C9200, C9300 and AIR-DNA-A licenses or we have to proceed with a brand new BoM with DNA Advantage SKU as if it were the first time it have to buy them. If someone has incurred in a similar situation and knows how it is better to proceed and would share this experience would be nice.

I would speak to the Cisco AM for the customer regarding this. AFAIK there is no "upgrade option" from essentials to advantage

The upgrade SKU is listed here in table 10.

Since you have already ordered essential, it easily fixable, your sales team will have to RMA and reorder new licenses. Your Cisco AM or SE will be able to help.
