We have upgraded the Switch with 16.10.1e version and also we have installed the 9800 Wireless software package(16.10.01e) as well. Now we are able to integrate the Embedded WLC with Catalyst 9300 switch.
Below is the procedure for Embedded WLC:
1. First we have to upgrade the switch with 16.10.1e(cat9k_iosxeldpe.16.10.01e.SPA.bin) and then we have to expand the IOS from bundle to install mode.

3. At last we have to run the below command to get into Wireless mode.
