I dont think, there is a cert on this field, at present, though Cisco might come up with one pretty soon. Be on the look out. Storage area networking topics are included in the ARCH (new version of CID for CCDP) and the CSE (sales expert) exams.

Absolutely there are! Cisco has a partner specialization track. They also have a Storage CCIE, and last I checked, there were only 9 of them. For info on that, check out:
http://cisco.com/en/US/learning/le3/ccie/san/index.html
Too bad they don't have any Associate or Professional level storage certs yet....
Other vendors have certs too - the only notable ones are McData and Brocade. Out of all of them, the CCIE is probably the most difficult and most respected. If you want a vendor-neutral certification, check out SNIA, as someone else mentioned.
Hope this helps...

If you want more details on the CCIE SAN, check out my "Ask the Expert" Forum in Cisco Certification Community beginning this week.

Title currently says Service Provider but that is being corrected.

There are three Cisco Qualified Specialist Certifications - Cisco Storage Networking Design Specialist, Cisco Storage Networking Support Specialist and Cisco Storage Networking Sales Specialist. There is also a CCIE certification for storage also. Check www.cisco.com/certifications for requirements.
