I have a Cisco Nexus 1010 Virtual Switch Appliance running version 5.2(1)SP1(7.1) which I want to Integrate with Microsoft HyperV. I gone through the setup dialog. However the vsa is not accepting any commands for the HyperV integration:
DC-N1K-VSA-01(config)# nsm
^
No token match at '^' marker.
please advise whether there is a way I can convert the VSA to accept the HyperV integration commads.

Hi Ryan,
The VSA (1010) is essentailly a special hypervisor that can host both VMware and Hyper-V VSMs. You will have to create the Hyper-V VSM in the VSA. Once that VSM is created, you should be to integrate that with SCVMM.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi David,
Thank you very much.
Do you have a link any documentation on how to install a VSM on the VSA?

Hi Ryan,
Here is a link that goes over setting up the 1010 and installing the VSM on the VSA.
