We are installing DCNM to configure our new 7K switches and we can log in but after a period of about 5 minutes the client goes to a pink screen and states "Connectivity Lost to Server". The server is installed on RedHat Linux.
I have looked @ the firewall on the server and it doesn't appear to be blocking anything.
Thanks,
Joe

Hi, were you able to resolve this error. We're encountering the same problem with our customer. The server firewall seems to be blocking the connection. When the server's firewall is turned off, we don't experience disconnection from the client pc. But the customer of course do not want to permanently turn off the server's firewall. TAC has recommended to allow the communication ports listed on their documentation, we have already done this, but to no avail.
Kindly reply if you have resolved your issue on this. Thanks

Yes adding the poets to the firewall corrected the issue. I now am having an issue upgrading the dcnm version. Getting errors trying to stop dcnm. Connection refused. Have you ran into this before?
