We have an existing ACS 5.4, 1 primary, 1 secondary. Im not really sure which procedure to follow. On the upgrade document from Cisco, you need to upgrade the log collector, then the secondary, then the primary. In our setup, the Primary server is the log collector. There is a note that in this scenario, we need to promte the secondary as the new primary. Lets say, ACS1b primary, ACS2a secondary: So this is where it confuses me.When you change the Secondary to the new Primary server, does this mean that the log collector will now be the OLD Primary (ACS1b), or does it also change to ACS2a?

Yes, that's what I first suspect about since these are input and CRC errors. Also noticed in some posts here that the discrepancy of vlans allowed in the trunk sometimes causes these errors too. It's either L1 or L2 right? Do we ever go above this?

Hi, were you able to resolve this error. We're encountering the same problem with our customer. The server firewall seems to be blocking the connection. When the server's firewall is turned off, we don't experience disconnection from the client pc. But the customer of course do not want to permanently turn off the server's firewall. TAC has recommended to allow the communication ports listed on their documentation, we have already done this, but to no avail. Kindly reply if you have resolved your issue on this. Thanks
