If you don't bind a vfc interface (Virtual FC) and don't trunk the FCoE VLAN to the Ethernet interace then FCoE will not function on that inteface.

what do you mean by disabling fcoe.

If you want to deny fcoe traffic on the interface - simly do not attach vfc to is, if you are concerned about fcoe qos setting - if such traffic is absent on the interface - qos config won't apply
