Hi. First timer here. I have a need to enable NPIV in my environment to support virtual connect flex fabric switches in blade enclosures. My infrastructure is comprised of 2 fabrics. Each fabric has 1 core 9513 and <10 top-of-rack 9124's. The storage arrays are connected to the core switches. The blade enclosures are connected to one of the 9124's. From my research it looks like I just need to enable npiv on the 9124 that the blade enclosure is plugged into. I've tested in my lab and it was seemless. My question is "Is it true that I only have to enable NPIV on the top-of-row switch"? Please advise. Thanks!
