I have a customer which need to deploy a backup server on remotely (approx. 1km away) from their FC fabric...
This means multimode will not suffice, thus need for singlemode... is it possible to buy a LW SFP+ for both SAN switch (Brocade) and HBA (Qlogic) ?
I can only find info on SFP+ LW modules for SAN switches - not for HBA's
Anybody can give an advice?
