Do you mean FCIP? If so, then I think the answer is yes, because you can have up to 3 FCIP tunnels per physical interface. So on the physical interface you could create 3 difference FCIP interfaces. Each FCIP interface could use a different FCIP profile.
If you are creating multiple tunnels, your bandwidth requirements will be one of the determining factors as to whether or not you want to put them on the same physical interface or not. If you're just trying to pass 3 VSANs through a tunnel to the same remote switch over the same physical circuit, then just do an EISL over the FCIP link and save your GigE interfaces for something else.
