Hi Team
We are busy integrating our Cisco MDS SAN Switches ( fw 6.2(3) ) with BPPM .
For this we need to send snmp traps to BPPM server .
Is there a way we can manually send traps ( as a test ) from the Cisco MDS cli ??
Appreciate your quick response in this regard
Anand

Hi Anand,
This will send a trap to the configured trap destination(s):
switch# test pfm snmp test-trap ?
fan Generate a test SNMP Trap for fan
powersupply Generate a test SNMP Trap for PowerSupply
temp_sensor Generate a test SNMP Trap for Temperature
Best regards,
Jim
