Hyperflex Software Download - Code version confusion at my end

For HX version 4.5(2b), FI/Server recommended version is 4.1(3f) which is not available for downloading on same page as Matrix - https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286319559/type/286305994/release/4.5(2b)

Plus we are hit code bug - https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/field-notices/720/fn72028.html

so we need to update the code for FI/Server to 4.1(3f)

Question: is it ok to download from some other place & update it? Just wants to make sure since VDI environment. Usually recommended code listed on same page as gold star version

Error: Validating HyperFlex version '4.5(2a)' is compatible with UCS manager version '4.2(1i)'. Failed: Please refer to the Cisco HyperFlex HCL documentation to obtain up-to-date information about version compatibility

 - You may want   suffer from this bug : https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwa31552 which apparently is not available for the general public. Check attached screenshot, from below pane in the bug search tool https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch , engage with TAC for confirmation and or solution.
