ibm flex to mds 9000

                   I'm looking for ways to connect the IBM FLEX system to my MDS 9513 based SAN. The  Flex system will include an FC022, which is a Brocade SAN switch. So I'm pondering NPV on the Brocade switch, it appears a Nexus B22 Fabric Extender for IBM® Flex System  is also an option.

I for sure don't want to have a compatabiliy mode ISL between the two.

Any thoughts or experience would be very welcome.

Back Again, the more I read the worse it gets. BUT! I do now know that for Brocade NPV is Actually called Access Gateway (AG).

So far this looks to me like I don't want to do this!

Hello Bruce,

I did this before and worked fine.

In that case I used a Nexus 5548UP and a brocade IBM chassis integrated switch running in access gateway mode.
