We tried to do a failover to test the HA environment for the upcoming upgrade to 2.0(1b), only with no succes. We're currently running on 1.2(1b) and want to upgrade non-disruptively to the new firmware.
can anybody tell me what went wrong? Thanks in advance.

From config mode you only enable and disable switchover, you actulay initiate it from exec mode. But I may be wrong. Anyhow I use it from exec mode without a problem.
