MDS 9509 NPIV enable

QUESTIONS:

1.) I would like to find out if enabling NPIV will affect any configuration on the Cisco directors or is it just a extra feature?

2.) If Features are not available under licensing, as shown below; will I be able to use NPIV?

FC_FEATURES_PKG Yes - Unused              - Not show under licensing

3.) The reason for all this is I want to connect a dell blade center m100e with its own built in brocade director M5424 as a access gateway to the Cisco director, does anyone have a better/alternate solution?

enabling NPIV is an online process, it does not impact host/array connectivity. I am not sure about the licensing part, did not think NPIV required a special license (like IVR does).  I have HP C-Class blade enclosures with Brocade 4024 switches that are running in Access Gateway mode ..runs fine, no issues.
