MDS 9509 upgrade

I want to upgrade mds 9509 from SAN-OS 3.1.x to 3.3.5b.

I can not use 'install all' 

so how can I upgrade the two supervisor (active and HA-standby) in another way?

"Install all" is the only supported way by Cisco to do the firmware upgrade..
