I am pretty confuse about Cisco MDS trial license. I have found Cisco documents that states that Cisco switches comes with trial licenses and 120 days grace period.
I want to enable IVR (ENTERPRISE_PKG) in a switch that never used that, but the commmand cisco(config)# ivr enable doesn't exist.
Please let me know if there is something to do in order to enable the ivr feature from ENTERPRISE_PKG for a grace period of 120 days.
Thanks in advance.

G'day,
What version of SANos are you using? Earlier versions of SANos did not have the IVR feature.

Hi,
thanks for your answer. The SANOS version is 3.2(2c), and does support IVR.

Use "show license usage" to check if Enterprise package license has expired. Also Cisco MDS 9124 and MDS 9134 do not support IVR.
Hope that helps,
Prateek
