Plan to introduce a resilient MDS 9124

Hi forum,

I currently have a single MDS 9124 which my SAN and virtual servers connect to.

I have purchased a second MDS 9124 with the view to providing resilient connectivity to my SAN and servers, with a Fabric A/Fabric B design.

Example diagrams of current and planned designs are attached.

Are there any potential pitfalls I should watch out for?

Hi Ashley,

The design looks good.  You may need to alter the path selection policy in esx to match the san vendors best practices and avoid any performance issues.
