pm.xml (The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect)

I am trying to get the PM service started but i get this error message.

any sugestions?

As we found out, you must first create a collection before the pm.xml file is created. From FM, performance tab to create collection and then create a bogus collection and then FM will restart the PM service.
