You will want to open a TAC case.
TAC will typically ask for at least a Chassis Tech support that includes the CIMC logs from the B230M2 blade in question as well as it's adapter logs.
If your issue involves network or FC storage connectivity issues, then they will likely need the UCSM tech support as well.
There are a lot of layers to look through (i.e. OS, HCL compatibility, hardware issues, remote upstream connectivity) depending on your symptoms.
